Quintrell Downs is a lovely quiet village with two pubs within 300 metres, a Spar Shop and a post office. It is ideally located for Surfing, fishing, and coastal footpath walking.

Internally the property perfectly combines contemporary comfort and modern technology with environmental sensitivity. Over the Hedge boasts high quality furnishings, a games area with computer and games console, and a spacious sun lounge. Eco-friendly features include solar panels, photovoltaic panels, an air-source heat pump, under-floor heating and a grey water tank. Externally Over The Hedge offers a rear garden, patio and barbecue area complete with outdoor furnishings. There is parking for 4 cars.

Although Over The Hedge is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay, the shops and restaurants of the town centre are within an easy few minute drive (20 minute walk), as are the array of fantastic beaches in the area, from Lusty Glaze, with its adrenaline fuelled adventure to centre, to the legendary Fistral Beach.

Newquay is home to a selection of family friendly attractions such as Newquay Zoo, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay, whilst further afield there are a range of popular attractions to enjoy including The Eden Project and The Camel Trail- 18 miles of flat path to walk or cycle.
