Villa Roca sits high above the northern end of the beach in San Pancho with expansive views of the Pacific, President's Point & Sayulita beyond. We are part of an exclusive five villa gated community known as Vista Del Mar. Our 5000 sq ft villa is constructed with the best that Mexico has to offer: travertine marble floors & stairs, onyx vanities, granite countertops & cantera columns. The majority of the structure is hand laid rock. Upon entering Villa Roca you immediately see the infinity pool cascading into the Pacific Ocean. Deep wide steps lead into the pool designed to sit in or move about comfortably whether sipping cocktails, swimming or enjoying aerobics.
The fully equipped 14 foot kitchen island houses modern stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner cook top, convection oven, microwave, convection toaster oven, coffee maker & grinder, juicer, blender, waffle iron, brisker, mandolin, & assorted tools & gadgets for meal preparation. The bar has two wine coolers for easy access to chilled beverages and purified water. The dining room, with teak table comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, opens to the terrace extending to the Pacific. On the same level the villa boasts a wood beamed terracotta roofed pavilion with lounging chairs & table to enjoy meals.
Soft down filled leather furniture is scattered throughout the villa. Each private balconied bedroom suite has wisper ceiling fans, air conditioning, side tables with reading lights and a high framed perota king size pillow top bed. European spa fixture baths include onyx lit vanities, bidets and huge open showers. Cotton linens, spa towels, pool & beach towels are provided for guests. You will find privacy, but yet be just a short walk to the beach, pueblo, or to the 'Costa Azul Resort' known for hosting numerous adventures tours.

Local stores provide many necessities; toiletries, groceries, liquor and gifts. San Pancho Surf Shop carries supplies, accessories & rental gear.
