This home is a 3 story 2300 sq. ft. loft that was built in 2003. The second floor has 18 ft. floor to ceiling windows that allow for beautiful natural light throughout the day. The loft can be accessed through the building's main entrance and central garden courtyard or through a private street entrance.
The bottom floor has a large sectional couch where we enjoy watching the 52" flat screen TV or just listening to the stereo. There is a wet bar, refrigerator, home gym, as well as a full bath on this level. The home gym has a tread mill, leg extension machine, free weights, and a bench. They also have an electric Yamaha piano that you are welcome to use. The sectional couch pulls out into a full size bed.
The living room and kitchen are located on the second floor and there is a balcony with a barbeque and potted plants on a drip system. The barbeque has a side burner that we like to use for messy frying to help keep the kitchen clean. The large master bedroom is on the 2nd level and has a queen size bed and full bath. There are 2 closets with drawer inserts in the master bedroom and they will completely clean out one of them for you to use during your stay. We have a large selection of novels, cookbooks, and art books for you to enjoy during your visit. The washer and dryer is located in a large closet next to the master bedroom.
The third level also has another full bath and can be used as a sitting area or the futon couch can be made into a queen size bed. There is a curtain that can be pulled across the railing for privacy and a small office area with a desk and a Mac computer.
Their funny cat Boo would enjoy keeping you company or he can travel along with their owner and stay at your place. They are also open to taking care of your pet while you are visiting. They are in the heart of the city so you will need to be okay with some city noise like the occasional siren or honking horns, and you'll have to be okay with climbing some stairs.
